Deposits & Withdrawals

UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, bank transfer and crypto — all settled in rupees.

Laptop showing FairPlay deposit and withdrawal methods

Balances are held in rupees from start to finish, so nothing is converted, no foreign card charge appears, and the methods below are the ones already on your phone — UPI, the wallet apps and ordinary bank transfer.

  • UPI
  • Paytm
  • PhonePe
  • Google Pay
  • IMPS and NEFT
  • USDT, BTC, ETH

Google Pay Instant ₹500 None
Bank transfer / IMPS / NEFT 5–30 minutes ₹500 None from us; your bank may charge

How to deposit

  1. Open the deposit screen

Sign in, then choose Deposit from the account menu.

  2. Pick a method and an amount

Any figure from ₹500 upwards, using whichever method suits you that day.

  3. Decide about the bonus

Tick the bonus box first if you want the welcome match on this deposit. It cannot be attached once the money has landed.

  4. Approve it in your app

Confirm the payment in your UPI or wallet app. Your balance moves the moment the provider confirms.

Withdrawal methods

Money goes back the way it came in, as far as the payment network allows. Where a route cannot be reversed, we send it instead to a verified bank account held in your own name.

Typical processing times once identity verification is complete.
Method Typical time Minimum
UPI 10 minutes – 2 hours ₹500
Paytm / PhonePe / Google Pay 30 minutes – 3 hours ₹500
Bank transfer 2 – 24 hours ₹500
Crypto 1 – 4 hours Network dependent

Verification

Our Curaçao licence, 365/JAZ, obliges us to establish who holds an account before releasing funds. You clear the check once and it stands for every withdrawal after that.

  • Identity — a government photo ID: Aadhaar, PAN, passport or driving licence.
  • Address — a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months.
  • Payment ownership — now and then, a screenshot proving the UPI ID or account belongs to you.

Send these in when you register rather than on the day you want your money. Outstanding verification is far and away the commonest reason a payout drags.

If a payment does not arrive

  1. Look at the transaction in your banking or wallet app. Most hold-ups sit with the payment network rather than with us.
  2. Open Transaction history in your account to see whether the money reached us and what state it is in.
  3. Still missing after 30 minutes, bring the UTR or reference number from your app to live chat, which runs 24/7 in English and Hindi. That number is what lets the payments team trace it.

Payment questions

Can someone else deposit into my account?

No. The account or UPI ID has to be in your own name. Third-party payments are blocked and sent back, and a return takes far longer than an ordinary transaction.

Are there fees?

FairPlay adds nothing to deposits or withdrawals on the rupee methods. Your bank or wallet provider may levy its own charge, and crypto transfers carry the usual network fee.

Is there a withdrawal limit?

Daily and monthly caps apply, and the withdrawal screen shows yours. Large balances can be released in instalments, so tell support ahead of time if a sizeable payout is coming.

Can I cancel a pending withdrawal?

You can while it is pending, and the money returns to your balance. Once processed it is gone from us. Cancelling withdrawals again and again to carry on gambling the money is a pattern worth noticing in yourself.
